Account Balanced LLC offers professional accounting, bookkeeping, and financial advisory services. These may include but are not limited to:
- Bookkeeping (monthly, quarterly, or yearly)
- QuickBooks Online setup and support
- Financial reporting
- Budgeting and forecasting assistance
- Cleanup and catch-up bookkeeping
We do not provide tax filing, legal, or audit services.
Client Responsibility: Clients are responsible for providing timely and accurate financial data, documents, and access to accounting platforms.
We reserve the right to decline services, if necessary documents are not provided within agreed timelines.
2. Payment Terms and Fees
Services are billed monthly, per project, or hourly, depending on the selected package.
Payment is due before service begins, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards, ACH transfer, or online invoicing platforms (e.g., QuickBooks Payments, PayPal, Stripe).
Recurring services are auto-billed unless canceled with prior written notice.
Late payments may result in interest charges of 1.5% per month or the maximum legal rate, whichever is lower. Failure to pay may lead to a pause in services or termination of your account.
3. Refund and Cancellation Policy
a. Refunds
We offer refunds only under the following conditions:
- Services were not rendered due to cancellation before work began.
- A duplicate or overpayment was made.
No refunds will be issued for:
- Services already performed
- Missed client deadlines causing delays
b. Cancellations
You may cancel services at any time by providing written notice at least 7 days before the next billing cycle.
We reserve the right to cancel services at our discretion, with notice, for reasons including non-cooperation, non-payment, or breach of these Terms.

b. Accuracy of Information
We strive for accuracy but do not guarantee the completeness or accuracy of information shared on our website.
c. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website.
- Our maximum liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the services during the 3 months preceding the claim.
